Tim Palmer
Agency Manager. Originally from Guin, AL, Tim has lived in the Shoals area since attending UNA in the early 90’s. He has been married to his beautiful wife, Mendy, for 21 years. They have 2 children, Miles and Kennedy, one god daughter, MacKenzie, and a grandson, Mark Rylan.
Prior to joining the Shoals Insurance Group, Tim had a 20 year career in management. The past eight years, he was a regional manager for a leading lease to own company. Tim also has experience in the car industry. He was a sales manager for the Driving 2000 auto group.
Tim enjoys University of Alabama athletics and family cookouts. He claims to be one of the best ‘grill masters’ around!
Lisa Tubbs
Client Experience Agent. Lisa is from Tuscumbia and graduated from Deshler High School. She received her BS degree from the University of Montevallo where she attended on a full, 4 year basketball scholarship.
She loves spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys the great outdoors by kayaking, boating, hiking, and loves beaches and sunsets.
She is a huge University of Alabama fan and enjoys tailgating and gathering for the games.
Ivelisse Rodriguez
Licensed Agent. Ivelisse was born and raised in Valencia, Venezuela. She came to the United States 14 years ago. She is married and a mother of an 8 year old daughter.
In Venezuela, she graduated with a business administration degree, with a concentration on logistics. 3 ½ years later, she earned an MBA from UNA. She considers this one of her best accomplishments.
Ivelisse jokingly says she is 100% Latina, so she has to love music and dancing! Her real passion is helping people. She is excited to help all her clients, especially the Latino community.
